A gallery of my work organized by year.
The lovely Calamity Janet, one of my favorite redheads to grace my studio this year showed me how much fun several yards of yellow silk can be.
As usual, Not Safe For Work (NSFW). You’ve been warned.
I shot this lovely lady mid last year in a relatively impromptu session. We had a hell of a lot of fun and talked about another session. Â Life, as it does, gets in the way sometimes and it took until April of this year to get back together for another evening of fun and photos.
Rather than go on and on about this beautiful, vibrant and awesome woman, I’ll let the photos speak for me. Â Enjoy.
The spirit of creativity and the joy of free expression is the foundation of Burning Man and the regional festivals that have formed from it’s inspiration.
With that spirit in mind I asked this lovely woman to let me capture her expressions of that freedom and her inner beauty at the Alchemy burn in 2011.
Images behind the cut and as you already know, They’re NSFW. Tasteful and beautiful nudity abounds in this set.
2015 has definitely started off with a bang. Two full days of shooting in a row behind me and now I get to edit and finish the sets. In the mean time, here is a teaser for the several sets I shot of a new model; Valkyrie. As always, nudity behind the cut because people are prudes.
(NSFW)
I’ve been experimenting with low-key lighting and trying to achieve a very soft, body-molding look for a while. Regular readers have seen some of the results of that experimentation in previous posts.
All of that experimentation came together for the first shoot of 2015 tonight. The setup is deceptively simple with a black cloth backdrop, an SB-910 speedlight in a 24inch softbox to the right (photographer’s right) of the model.  I set the speedlight to 1/4 power and shot at F/22 or F/18 @ 1/125 and ISO 100. This gave me a completely dark room with the only light showing up on frame being the speedlight.
The results were everything I had hoped they’d be. The model was very fun to work with and I’ll be shooting her often over the coming year. With the exception of the image labeled ‘Fire Down Below’, the only editing on these is cropping and b/w conversion and, when needed, a touch of sharpening. ‘Fire Down Below’ had a bit of color bump, clarity and sharpening to get the look I wanted. I also brought the exposure up slightly on it.
As you probably already guessed, these images are NOT safe for work. Click the ‘continue reading’ link to see the photos.  And as always, enjoy and I look forward to your feedback.
A few shots of the lovely Aimee taken at my studio during an all day group photo shoot in 2009. Aimee’s one of my favorite models over the years. She’s moved on from modeling now, but is still a close and dear friend.
I had the pleasure to shoot the lovely Bettie N Love in a gender queer drag king shoot for submission to a new magazine. These are a few of the outtakes from that shoot.
You can find more of Bettie N Love at her Gods Girls page: godsgirls.com/girls/Bettie or on her Facebook page: facebook.com/bettienlove
Enjoy. One NSFW image included.
Over the last few months I’ve gone all the way back to 2000 and revisited all of my shoots. With 14 years of new tools, techniques at my disposal, I thought it’d be nice to see what diamonds I can find in the rather rough ‘cast-offs’ from my old shoots.
Warning: This is a very not safe for work gallery. Male and female nudity, some quite explicit, lies behind here. View at your own risk.
I will be moving all of my work to a new gallery system soon as part of a much larger restructuring and rebuild of my photoblog and my gallery. So enjoy the photos, but don’t let HR catch you, because as we all know, boobies make HR explode.

It’s that time again. I’m thinking of making this a weekly post. This time, we’re diving through late 2011 to experiment with more B/W conversions and edits. Images below the fold are NSFW. You’ve been warned. The gallery from the original shoot is here.
We start with an image that I had passed up at the time I shot it. Back then, I couldn’t quite get the emotion I wanted to come out. A bit of work with filters and color.
NSFW images below the fold.
I had the wonderful privilege of shooting a new model today. Bettie N Love with her friend Joe Soap doing the rope work. I’ll be editing the set over the next few days, but here’s a teaser or two for you. More explicit and NSFW photos behind the fold.
